We price the bar to give incredible value for money for our customers whilst also protecting ourselves and making each event worthwhile for us.
The Rolling Barrel
Our beautifully converted horsebox bar is a real showpiece for any event, day or night.
Two members of friendly professional staff throughout the duration of your event (third member available via request)

High quality, branded, reusable polycarbonate glasses (not the flimsy disposable type). Each drink has its own glass type i.e. Pint, Flutes, Cocktails, Highball, Wine, Shot etc…
Ice, garnishes and all other drinks items
Card readers for debit or credit payments
A temporary events license (TENs) to allow the legal serving of alcohol at your event
Waste disposal at the end of the night
Please note, the bar is best suited to outside but can be placed inside provided there is enough room and access in the venue. We will require power, but a normal extension lead is fine. Ideally, we would like access to water nearby but this isn’t essential. The card readers require a mobile phone signal or wi-fi connection to work, but otherwise we can take cash payments. The bar will need to sit on relatively flat and firm ground, although we can make some limited adjustments to help level it.

Inside Bar
A great alternative if inside space is more limited, the bar is created using two of our oak barrels for support, giving a very rustic look.
The bar includes everything that comes with the horsebox, including a draught beer system and a large fridge with the same selection of drinks and spirits.
We can also use this bar outside as long as we have cover.

Beer Tap Barrel
Pour your own pint! (or indeed any other drink you wish)
The tap barrels allow you and your guests to pour your own drinks from our oak cask barrels, and can be filled with anything you wish including: Beer, Cider, Wine, Prosecco, Champagne or a wide range of pre-mixed cocktails.
As these are prepaid we can usually offer some good discounts.

Only applicable if barrel is dropped off and left, if it’s booked alongside a bar then this is not necessary.
Welcome / Table Drinks & Extras
We can offer a completely customisable welcome drinks package for any size or budget. All drinks prices are significantly reduced from normal bar prices. Here are some recommendations:
A Keg of Prosecco
20 litres, 160 glasses, poured from our ice cold prosecco machine, perfect for welcome drinks and toasts.
We provide all the glasses and serving staff. We also provide help yourself orange juice and lemonade, with fresh cut fruit and ice, for any non drinkers in our elegant glass dispensers.
We can offer an Aperol Spritz cocktail option alongside this to give guests more choice.

6ft Prosecco Flower Wall
Our Prosecco wall can be placed anywhere for guests to help themselves upon arrival.
Fully decorated and illuminated it is also a great place for taking arrival photos.

Money Behind the Bar
Any amount can be put behind the bar, however we cannot do tabs, all money behind the bar must be prepaid and any remaining funds will be refunded to you if not used.

Recommended for events of 110+ or for “heavy drinkers” to reduce waiting time.

Like to be super organised and have everything ready? We can arrive the day before your event and set the bar up in preparation for a stress free day.

A £250 booking fee is required to secure your booking.

The remaining £250 (used as a minimum spend deposit), for a total of £500, is required two months before your event.
Please note that if any welcome drinks are purchased we do not need to charge you a minimum spend deposit.

Once £250 is taken through sales at the bar, we will refund this back to you.
